Field & Main Celebrates Five Years of Modern Craft Banking

Field & Main Bank is proud to celebrate its five-year anniversary on January 26th. Here’s a quick glimpse of how we started, where we are now, and what our goals are for the future.

Finding Our Footing

5 years ago, two local community banking entities merged and rebranded as a single entity. Field & Main Bank was born, and it was a whole new ball game.

While attention was paid to external branding and marketing for this new, community-focused bank, there was initially little concern about the social and cultural aspects of the customer experience.

Finding alignment between the two banks on these issues was initially a bit of a struggle, but it was eventually solved by the committed team of caring folks who came together for the better of the community and the business.

Through personal growth and maturity from everyone involved, the goal of the merger was realized.

According to Andrea Payne, the Vice President of Administration, Field & Main is now in a fantastic position to inspire the community while creating a cohesive culture of care through team alignment. These last five years have helped the Field & Main team understand how to truly care for one another and their customers, stopping anything they’re doing to lend a hand.

Andrea has been in a fulfilling career with Field & Main Bank since its inception. She’s been with the new bank from the beginning, and she’s helped shape the company to become the innovative, community-focused banking entity they had hoped they’d become through the merger.

“Innovation inspires growth, and we have some people to thank for helping us achieve it.”

  • The community – For their continued support, business, and trust.
  • Our employees – For working diligently, for helping us realize our company and community vision, and for crafting a continued culture of care.

Five Years From Now

Field & Main plans for continued growth throughout Henderson and the surrounding regions within the next five years. The Human Resources department has taken strides to aid this growth endeavor by implementing a new onboarding process that teaches new employees the history of the company as well as its future goals. This helps the new hires align themselves with the mentality held by the executives and senior staff members.

Through the last five years, the team has learned how to put other teammates first and to focus on how the bank can bring positivity to society as a whole. With a focus on getting to a place of team alignment, they plan to grow faster than ever before.

Here’s to five more years of community-building through simple banking and straightforward solutions.
