Tracy Vaughn has been named Director of Retail, First Vice President at Field & Main Bank. She previously served as Deposit Compliance Officer, Vice President for Field & Main Bank. Vaughn brings 30 years of banking experience to the position as the current BSA Officer and Physical Security Officer.
In this role, Vaughn will be responsible for overall aspects of the bank’s retail network, including the implementation of strategies and goal setting for organizational growth, profit, operational efficiency and customer service objectives.
Vaughn is a 2006 graduate of the School of Retail Banking in Madison, WI. Vaughn resides in Henderson with her husband Ronnie and their adult son.
