Field & Main Bank is proud to announce the promotions of Jessica Bryant and Andrea Payne to the rank of Senior Vice President.
Jessica Bryant has served the Field & Main Bank organization for 15 years in roles on our Retail and Human Resources teams. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources & Training, Vice President and has now been promoted to Director of Human Resources & Training, Senior Vice President. In her new role, Jessica will continue to manage elements of our Human Resources alignment. She will work closely with Executive Management to implement programs, processes, and procedures that align with Field & Main’s strategic objectives. Jessica is a 2005 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She currently lives in Henderson with her husband, Kyle.
Andrea Payne has served the Field & Main Bank organization for 15 years on the Administration team. She has served the team as Administration Officer, Vice President for many of those years and has recently been promoted to Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President. In her new role, Andrea will provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance and executive-level support to top decision-makers and project managers, with a focus on business strategy, corporate communications, executive support, strategic planning, strategic project management, and team leadership. She will remain as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Field & Main Bank and Field & Main Bancorp and will maintain the role of Administrative Secretary to the Raymond B. Preston Family Foundation. Andrea is a 2014 graduate of Henderson Leadership Initiative, and lives in Henderson with her husband, Kevin, and their sons Luke and Cy.
Further, both Bryant and Payne have been named to the bank’s internal Board of Management. The Board of Management was created in 2015 to provide counsel to the CEO and other bank leadership and recommend and/or execute courses of action to accomplish strategic and operational goals. Members of the Board of Management serve at the request of CEO, Scott Davis, and are subject to change from time to time.
