At Field & Main Bank we care about the well-being of our customers and our team members. As parts of the country begin to reopen we want to ensure that we all stay healthy. Beginning Monday, June 1st our Henderson Main Office and Evansville banking center lobbies will allow entry for our customers. At this time, our other locations, Eastgate, Old Orchard, Cynthiana and Lexington banking centers will continue to operate on a drive-thru only basis. On Monday, June 8th our Lexington and Cynthiana banking center lobbies will allow entry for our customers, as well.
For the months of April and May, non-sufficient funds (NSF), Bounce Protection fees and Certificate of Deposit early withdrawal penalties were waived. Going forward, those fees will be reinstated.
We recommend that customers who enter our banking center lobbies wear a face mask. Latex-free gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer will be provided to customers prior to their entry into the lobbies. There will be a maximum of six customers allowed in a banking center lobby at one time. By limiting the number of customers we hope to effectively utilize our space for social distancing. Sneeze guards have been installed at all banking windows and stations and will help us maintain six feet of social distance.
Additionally, there will be new lobby hours at our Main Office and Evansville banking centers. The Main Office and Evansville banking center lobbies will operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The drive-thru at the Evansville location will remain open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The drive-thru at the Henderson Main Office location will remain open Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and until 6 PM on Fridays.
