    Michelle Hope has been promoted to Retail Administration Officer, Assistant Vice President. Hope previously served as Banking Center Manager for Field & Main’s downtown Henderson banking center. With 13 years of banking experience in retail management and lending, Hope brings seasoned experience to the Retail Administration team. In this new role, she provides support to retail product development, systems and policy implementation, and vendor management. Hope is an active community volunteer and resides in Henderson with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters. 

    Patty Caton, who previously served as Banking Center Manager at the bank’s Eastgate location, has been promoted to Banking Center Manager at Field & Main’s downtown Henderson banking center, where she’ll manage a larger client base and team. In her new role, Caton will support a variety of activities, including account openings, IRA accounts and consumer lending. She brings 24 years of banking experience to this position. Caton gives back to her community as a Junior Achievement volunteer in Henderson, where she resides with her husband, Bruce, and their three children.

    Sara Gensler joins Field & Main’s marketing team as Design & Media Specialist. Gensler is a recent graduate from the University of Evansville, where she studied Communications, Visual Communication and French. Her graphic design, photography and video editing experience will enhance Field & Main’s ability to meet increasing demands for high-quality, graphic and digital communication. Gensler is a native of Missouri who now calls Henderson her home.
