Construction begins soon on a new Field & Main banking center in Cynthiana. The new full-service banking center will be located on East Bridge Street, where the current drive-thru and ATM are located.

The drive-thru and ATM will be relocated near McIlvain Boulevard, behind the existing drive-thru building. Signs will be posted to help guide customers. During construction, the 141 East Pike Street banking center will remain open – conducting banking activities as usual. Additionally, the drive-thru, at its new location, will serve customers during normal business hours. The night deposit box will be available at the main banking center.

Scott Davis, chairman and CEO of Field & Main Bank, said, “We are thrilled to enhance the modern craft banking experience for our clients in Cynthiana. The banking center we’ve designed is both welcoming and modern.” He added, “It is always our goal to balance the warmth of personal relationships with the convenience of the latest banking services and technologies to support our customers’ financial needs.” Davis anticipates the new Cynthiana banking center to be completed and open to customers in late 2016, at which time the location at 141 East Pike Street will close. Renderings of the interior space will be shared with clients and community members as they are finalized.

Field & Main Bank was formed in January 2015 through the merger of Ohio Valley Financial Group and BankTrust Financial. The Cynthiana market is the second location for Field & Main’s innovative banking center design that features free-standing teller pods in place of the traditional teller line, allowing for more personalized customer interactions and demonstrations of mobile and electronic services.
