FIELD & MAIN BANK ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES AND PROMOTION - AUGUST 9, 2015

Phil Dixon has been hired as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Field & Main Bank, where he manages the overall credit risk of the institution. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer at United Fidelity Bank in Evansville.
Dixon started his banking career at Ohio Valley National Bank in 1985. Since that time, he has also worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a commissioned national bank examiner, as President and CEO of First National Bank of Muhlenberg County, and as President and CEO of Madison Bank in Richmond, Kentucky. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, where he earned a B.S. in Finance. He serves the Muhlenberg County community on both the Muhlenberg County Library Board and the Henderson County community on the Brain Injury Adventure Camp board. Dixon lives in Sebree, Kentucky, with his wife, Sandi, and they have two adult children.
Scott Midgett has been hired as Vice President of Information Technology at Field & Main, where he oversees the direction of bank-related IT initiatives and the daily operations of the bank’s IT department.
Midgett has more than 21 years of experience in information technology, ranging from consulting, network administration, system administration and IT management. Sixteen of those years were IT positions specific to banking. Prior to joining Field & Main, Midgett served as Vice President, Information Technology Manager at First Security Bank, where he was honored as the 2014 Employee of the Year. He and his wife, Inna, live in Newburgh, Indiana, with their daughter.
Frank Lewis has been promoted to Senior Trust Officer at Field & Main, where he previously served as Vice President, Investment Officer.
Lewis has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds both a Series 65 license and the Accredited Fiduciary Investment Management designation. Prior to working for Field & Main Bank– formerly Ohio Valley Financial Group – he worked as an investment consultant at Stone Bridge Asset Management. He also served as Trust Portfolio Manager at First Security Group Bank, where he was instrumental in the development of the bank’s trust department. Lewis was also Regional Portfolio Manager at AmSouth Bank and a trust investment officer at First American National Bank.
Lewis is a 1992 graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance. He has served the community through his involvement on the YMCA board and the Civitan Club. He has also volunteered with the Ronald McDonald House. Lewis and his wife, Kristi, live in Newburgh, Indiana, and they have one child.
