System Upgrade

Today’s banking has changed so much! We are undergoing a system upgrade to meet the growing needs of our customers. Our new banking system will allow us to provide future enhancements for a better banking experience. Our system upgrade begins Friday, February 4th and will be completed by Monday, February 7th. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know about a few temporary service interruptions that may occur with our upgrade. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

During the upgrade weekend:

  • ATM Machines (at banking centers) will function as normal, but account balances will be as of close of business on the 4th.
  • Online Banking & Mobile App should be available during the upgrade period with only intermittent downtime but will be in inquiry mode only.
  • Bill Pay will be unavailable during the upgrade period. All payments scheduled to be paid during the upgrade period will continue to process. If you have any bills to pay between February 5th through February 10th please set them up for payment prior to February 4th.
  • eStatements will not be accessible during the upgrade.
  • Mobile Deposit will not be accessible during the upgrade.
  • Phone Banking will go into inquiry only during the upgrade period (non-transactional).

Why is the upgrade being done?

When will the upgrade take place?

The upgrade will begin on Friday, February 4, 2022 after business hours and will be completed on Monday, February 7, 2022. The bank will be closed on Saturday, February 5th.

Will there be any disruptions in service during the upgrade weekend?

While we hope to keep service disruption to a minimum, there will be a period where online and mobile banking services will be unavailable. Certain functions will be in inquiry only mode, so balances will reflect the prior business day balances.

Will I have to do anything to prepare for the upgrade?

We expect to make the upgrade to our new system as seamless as possible. If anything is required, we will contact you directly.

Will my account terms, conditions, fees or requirements change after the upgrade?

No, all current terms and conditions will remain the same.

Will my Account or Personal Identification Number (PIN) numbers remain the same?

Yes, pin numbers will remain the same.

What should I do if I suspect fraud on the upgrade weekend?

If you suspect fraud on your account between Friday, February 4, 2022 and Monday, February 7, 2022, please call (833) 462-0798.

Will I still be able to use my Debit or ATM card?

Yes, you can still use your cards however, some ATM transactions may be limited during our upgrade weekend.

Will I be able to get a replacement Debit or ATM Card?

Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue any card from 4pm on January 28, 2022 until Monday February 7, 2022. This includes instant issue, remakes and new accounts.

How can I make payments?

BillPay will be unavailable during the upgrade period. All payments scheduled to be paid during the upgrade period will continue to process. If you have any bills to pay between February 5th through February 10th please set them up for payment prior to February 4th.

Can I view my statement online?

No, all statements will be unavailable during the upgrade.
