How do I know I’m on the official Fieldandmain.com website?

Will Field & Main ever ask for my password or PIN?
No. Field & Main Bank will never ask for your password, PIN, or secure verification code by phone, text or email. We also will never request that you click a link or share personal information to verify your account.
If you receive a message or call asking for this information, do not respond – it’s likely scam. Contact us directly at (888) 831-1500 or visit your local banking center to confirm whether a message is legitimate.
Why am I being asked for a code when logging in?
For your security, Field & Main Bank uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) when you log in from a new device, browser, or location. This added layer of protection helps confirm that it’s really you accessing your account — even if someone else knows your password.
You’ll receive a one-time verification code by text, email, or phone call. Once you enter it, your device will be recognized, and you typically won’t be asked for a code again unless you clear cookies, use a different browser, or log in from another device.
How do I recognize a phishing email or scam message?
Phishing scams often look like legitimate messages but are designed to trick you into sharing personal or financial information. Be cautious of emails or texts that:
• Ask for your password, PIN, or secure code
• Include urgent warnings or threats
• Contain unexpected attachments or suspicious links
• Come from addresses that don’t look official
Field & Main will never ask you to share login credentials or personal information by text, email, or phone. If you receive a message that seems suspicious, don’t click any links — instead, contact us directly at (888) 831-1500 or visit your local banking center to verify it.
What should I do if I suspect fraud or receive a suspicious email or text message?
If you’ve spotted unauthorized transactions or think you’ve been targeted by a scam, we’re here to help. Call us or visit your local branch so we can review your account and take quick action to protect your information.
Early reporting is the best way to prevent loss and restore access quickly.
Never share your password, PIN, or secure code with anyone — even if the person claims to be from Field & Main Bank. We’ll never ask for that information by phone, text, or email.
If you did share account details or card information, let us know right away so we can secure your accounts and help limit potential loss.
What is CardValet and how does it help protect my debit card?
CardValet® is a free app that gives you control over your Field & Main debit card. You can:

How does Field & Main protect my personal information?
Field & Main employees only have access to your information for legitimate business purposes, and they’re trained to respect your privacy and safeguard your personal information.
Field & Main will never contact you via email, phone, or mail to request or verify security information, passwords, personal identification numbers, or similar data.
Any attempt to collect or confirm information is fraudulent. If this happens to you, please notify Field & Main immediately.

Do I need to let Field & Main know when I’m traveling?
Yes. Letting us know before you travel helps ensure your debit card continues to work smoothly while you’re away. Our fraud protection systems monitor card activity and could flag unusual transactions if they occur outside your normal patterns.
Before your trip, contact Field & Main Bank and share:
• The dates you’ll be away
• The states or countries you’ll be visiting
We’ll add a travel note to your account to help prevent your card from being declined or mistaken for fraudulent use. Call us at (888) 831-1500 or stop by a Field & Main banking center to set it up.
How can I sign up for eStatements?
You can easily enroll in e-Statements through Field & Main’s digital banking.
Log in to Online Banking or the Field & Main Mobile App
Choose the account you’d like to enroll
Select Documents or Statements, then follow the prompts to switch from paper to electronic delivery
Once enrolled, you’ll receive an email each time a new statement is available — giving you secure, convenient access anytime.
