How to Log In – Step-by-Step Guide with Screenshots

To help you transition smoothly to Field & Main Bank’s Treasury Management Online Banking platform, we’ve outlined the full enrollment process below. Whether you’re logging in for the first time or setting up security features, this step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to know.
1. Click the enrollment link provided in your welcome email from DoNotReply@fieldandmain.com
*You will have seven days to complete your initial login after the email is delivered. After that, the enrollment link will expire.
2. Enter your Company ID and Login ID from the email you received from Communication@fieldandmain.com
3. Click “Create my Field & Main ID” for your new Treasury Management account access.
⚠️ Important:
When you see the prompt that says “Already have a Field & Main Bank ID”, leave this field blank.
Do not enter an existing username or link to a previous account—doing so may lock you out of your account and disrupt your enrollment process.
4. Next, you will be asked to enter your profile information and create a new username and password. This username and password will be used for subsequent logins.
5. Next, you will select and set up a security authentication method that will be used for future logins.
Note: The digital token, known as Symantec VIP, provides an extra layer of security by validating the user’s identity using a security code from a mobile or desktop app.
6. Following the authentication set up for login, you will be directed to “Register Secure Token.”
→ Visit https://vip.symantec.com/ and download Symantec VIP Access for Business app from the App Store or Google Play
Note: Downloading the Symantec VIP Access token to your computer may require administrator login credentials to your workstation. If you do not have administrator credentials, you will need to have your IT team login with administrator credentials to complete the download from your app store.
- After the app has downloaded on your device, enter your Credential ID, which is located at the top of the screen in the Symantec VIP Access app.
Example: SYMC61568564 - Next, enter the six-digit Security Code displayed on the token.
Note: This code resets every 30 seconds. If you don’t enter it in time, wait for the next code to appear. - Then, enter a four-digit PIN of your choosing.
- Finally, click “Register” to complete this step.
7. On the Terms & Conditions screen, read and select the I agree check box, and then select Accept.
8. You’ll be logged in to your new Treasury Management account.
Tip: From the dashboard – add the page to your browser favorites for easy future access.

QuickBooks Users: Important Update for Field & Main Bank-TM
As part of the recent Treasury Management upgrade, previous users will need to disconnect their accounts in QuickBooks from the previous bank name and reconnect using the new bank name:
Field & Main Bank-TM
This ensures continued access and accurate transaction syncing.

How do I access Treasury Management on my Mobile device?
Follow the steps located here to setup Treasury Management Mobile on your device.
I logged in for the first time and cannot see my accounts. What do I need to do to view my accounts on my dashboard?
While logged into your Treasury Management profile, click the “Manage Groups” link in the upper-left area of the accounts section. Locate the group where you would like to add your accounts, click the corresponding “Add Accounts” button, and select the accounts from the provided checklist to add them. When you save your changes, the dashboard should update automatically to reflect the settings you have chosen.
*Note: These steps must be completed through the website in order to view your accounts on your dashboard in either the desktop or mobile app versions of the service.
I got a new phone or computer, what do i need to do to reset my two-factor authentication?
Call the Treasury Support department at 888-831-1500. A representative will assist with the process of unregistering your current two-factor token, and you will then be able to register the information from your new token during the following login attempt.
Can I add other functions or shortcuts to my dashboard?
Yes, you can customize your dashboard by clicking the “Configure Dashboard” button located in the upper-right area of the page. This will allow you to add new widgets to the page including options to schedule transfers, work positive pay exceptions, and approve payments. Configuring the dashboard will also allow you to click and drag, as well as resize the various elements of the page to suit your needs.
