As parts of the nation begins allowing reentry to their businesses, we feel it is our duty as your community bank to exercise an abundance of caution to prevent the potential spread of illness. Temporarily, our banking center lobbies will continue to be open for appointment only scheduling. In Henderson, in-person appointments will take place at our Main Office only, with the exception of Safe Deposit box appointments. Our drive-thrus will continue to remain open during normal business hours at all our locations. We are pleased to offer extended services through our drive-thrus, including:

● Signing new account documents

● Wire transfers
● Large cash withdrawals signed waiver required from recipient
● Power-of-attorney services
Appointments may be made for any of the following activities:
● Signing loan documents
● Opening a new business account
● IRA account activities
● Access to safe deposit box
Our staff will be required to wear masks for in-person appointments, and we request that our customers wear them as well. Masks will be provided for customers who do not have one.
Our digital services, which include online banking, mobile banking, and phone banking, are free and allow you to handle a majority of your banking needs from the comfort of your home. These services are available 24/7. With our online and mobile banking you can:
● Check account balances and activity
● Track spending
● Pay bills
● Make loan payments
● Set reminders and alerts
● View and print statements
● Transfer funds between accounts. The cutoff time for transfers is 5:30 p.m. (CDT), which is later than normal business hours
● View images of cleared checks
● Deposit checks mobile app only
● Pay an individual using Pay A Person (P2P)
Phone banking offers many of the same features as mobile and online banking, but can be utilized when you don’t have Internet access. It is also available 24/7 and offers real-time information on your accounts. To utilize our phone banking service, call (844)831-1600.
