Clint Hill began his banking career as the Computer Operator. Throughout his 10 years at Field & Main Bank, he has served in various capacities in many different departments. A majority of his career, though, has been spent on our Information Technology team. Clint was recently named Director of Digital Banking. In his new role, he is responsible for implementing, analyzing, and collaborating on digital banking strategies as well as providing general guidance and supervision for all digital aspects of the bank. He works to analyze current solutions to develop digital enhancements to maximize our products, services, lead projects teams, training efforts, and support for all digital banking platforms.

When asked about his time at Field & Main Bank, Clint expressed how thankful he is to work for an organization that has such a strong focus on personal service and care while striving to provide modern solutions along with ease of doing business.

Latasha Biggs began her career with Field & Main Bank in 2011 as a Loan Operations Clerk. Over the last 10 years she has held positions as Loan Operations Specialist, interim Loan Operations Manager, and Banking Center Manager. Latasha is currently working as a Credit Analyst II. In her role, Latasha is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the financials of our commercial clients. She works with lenders to provide feedback on the financial condition of their clients so that sound loan and portfolio management decisions can be formed. When asked about her time as a member of our #moderncraftbanking team, Latasha says that the sense of family and community that exists within our organization is unmatched.

Wanda Ballard began her career at Field & Main Bank in 2001 as a part-time Relationship Banker at our Main Office in Henderson. She was soon moved to Old Orchard in the same role and became a full-time member of our #moderncraftbanking team. Wanda currently serves our organization as a Relationship Banker II. In her role, she works with customers to complete day-to-day transactions, such as cashing checks, making deposits and withdrawing funds.

When asked about her time at Field & Main Bank, she says her favorite part is the family atmosphere and feeling like she is truly part of a team.
