Banking Operations Limited in Response to COVID-19

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our customers and team members. It is important to us that we exercise caution to prevent the potential spread of illness.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 our Eastgate and Old Orchard banking centers will limit operations to drive thru only. All other Field & Main locations will operate as usual. On Saturdays, our Old Orchard location will be drive thru only except that we will allow customers by appointment only for account openings, CD purchase/redemption and other customer service functions. Please call (270) 831-1550 to schedule an appointment.

During this time we want you to have access to your finances anywhere, any time with our digital services which include online banking, mobile banking, and phone banking. These are free services and will allow you to handle your banking needs from the comfort of your home 24/7.

Phone banking offers many of the same options as mobile banking without requiring internet access. It is available 24/7 and offers real-time information on your accounts. To utilize our phone banking service, call (844) 831-1600.
